Clemson football officials and administration are carefully looking at ways to upgrade Death Valley and that may include adding more premium seating to the stadium.
According to a report from The Greenville News’ Manie Robinson, the Tigers are looking for ways to upgrade the stadium while holding the traditions that have made the Clemson football stadium what it is today.
Clemson has spent more than $95 million on stadium improvements from 2004 to 2015, according to the report. Clemson Athletic Director Dan Radakovich said that the Tigers are considering ways to change the stadium without significantly impacting the stadium capacity (81,500) or messing with traditions.
