The Clemson football defense is looking for players to step up and provide depth after losing several key players off of last year’s National Championship.
The Tigers will have to replace the likes of Christian Wilkins, Clelin Ferrell, Dexter Lawrence, Austin Bryant and Albert Huggins on the defensive line; Trayvon Mullen and Mark Fields in the defensive backfield; as well as Kendall Joseph, Tre Lamar and the Davis twins at linebacker.
With all those openings, several Clemson football players are going to get shots at playing time.
One of those guys is redshirt freshman Mike Jones Jr.
