Clemson football has written most of its storied history in the 21st century — mainly since the dawn of the College Football Playoff — but has been around since the late-1800s as an institution in the Palmetto State.
Having been coached by John Heisman at the start of the 20th century and ultimately seeing modern NFL greats like Trevor Lawrence and Deshaun Watson become some of the biggest household names after helping the Tigers win titles, there’s been many essential memories of the sport made while facing some of college football’s ultimate pillar programs like Alabama, Notre Dame, and Ohio State in Death Valley and abroad.
