One of the things that made Clemson football’s offense so good in the 2015 and 2016 seasons was the presence of Jordan Leggett.
Leggett did much more for the offense than most understood. He made some great grabs, but also was able to be a lead-blocker at times. While blocking wasn’t always his strong suit, Leggett made up for it with his strong receiving ability and got better as his career progressed.
Since leaving, though, Clemson football has not had much of a receiving threat in the form of a tight end.
Last season, Milan Richard was the starter for the Tigers and just didn’t get too many opportunities to catch the ball or make anything happen.
