The Clemson football team returned to the practice field Monday afternoon after having last week off for spring break.
While it seems that everything else was great, there was some somber news coming out of the practice.
According to multiple reports, including Tiger Illustrated’s Larry Williams, Tiger wide receiver Amari Rodgers will undergo an MRI after being carried off the field during practice Monday afternoon. While the extent or type of injury hasn’t been revealed, it is rumored that the coaching staff fear an ACL tear.
Should it be an ACL tear, the recovery time for Rodgers would be between six to nine months, which would put him getting back some time between September and December.
