Football teams across the country have their own traditions that make their fan bases go nuts. For the Clemson Tigers, it involves getting on a bus, driving from one side of the stadium to the other, getting off the bus and rubbing “Howard’s Rock” before running down the hill onto the field. The rock, as legend goes, was presented to the team decades ago by a Clemson alum who brought it back from a trip to Califronia.
