Kevin Pyne of Millis (Mass.) High School is regarded as the No. 1 offensive tackle recruit and one of the top overall prospects in the country for the class of 2020.
On Tuesday, Clemson officially entered the mix for Pyne’s services when offensive line coach Robbie Caldwell stopped by his school to extend a scholarship offer.
Pyne made his first visit to Clemson last summer and was excited to receive the offer, according to his head coach at Millis, Dana Olson.
“Kevin visited last summer, so he’s already familiar with Clemson, he’s already familiar with coach Caldwell,” Olson told The Clemson Insider.
