Clemson continued to grow its lead by plating another run in the bottom of the third on an RBI single by freshman Bryar Hawkins.
After Kyle Wilkie grounded out to shortstop to start the inning Jordan Greene doubled to right field before Hawkins laced a single up the middle giving the Tigers a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the third.
