Kier Meredith returned to the football field with a bang on Monday night.
The 2017 Clemson baseball commit who also plays wide receiver for the Glenn High School (Kernersville, N.C.) football team racked up over 300 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns to lead his team to a 50-42 win at Southwest Guilford (High Point, N.C.).
It was Meredith’s first football game since Sept. 9, as he was in Houston for Team USA workouts as part of the 40-man roster.
The Clemson Insider spoke with Meredith about his big game on the gridiron.
“It was amazing,” Meredith said.
