GREENVILLE — Clemson used a 19-3 run in the second half, including 13 straight points to win its fifth straight ACC game and its second straight over a top 10 team as the Tigers knocked off No. 8 Miami, 76-65, on Saturday at the Bon Secures Wellness Arena in Greenville.
The win over the Hurricanes, coupled with Wednesday’s win over No. 9 Duke, marked the first time in Clemson history it beat back-to-back top 10 teams. It was the Tigers third straight win over a top 25 team, also a first for the Clemson basketball program.
Clemson beat Louisville at home last week.
