The Clemson basketball team suffered its first loss of the season after falling to UMass by a score of 82-65 in Las Vegas in the Men Who Speak Up Main Event on Monday.
The Tigers fell to 3-1 with the loss, while UMass moved to 4-0 on the season.
The Minutemen were led by guards Donte Clark and Trey Davis, who each put up 25 points apiece. Fellow guard Jabarie Hinds added 21 and three rebounds.
UMass hit 16-of-31 from three to average an astounding 51.6% from beyond the arc. The Tigers were not able to stop their offensive attack and that is why they fell short on Monday.
