The Tigers had a nice surge of offense in Tuesday’s win over East Tennessee State. Kyle Wilkie worked a bases loaded walk in the first inning to plate Clemson’s first run and get the show going. In the fifth inning, Davis Sharpe, Wilkie, and Bryce Teodosio all ripped doubles to help Clemson climb up to a 7-0 lead. Freshman James Parker crushed a two-run homer in the sixth to get his first career hit, putting the Tigers up 12-0 at the time. Teodosio followed it up with a homer of his own. Teodosio went 3-4 and was a triple away from becoming the first Tiger to record a cycle in Doug Kingsmore Stadium history.
