Chalk up another star for Clemson tight end commit

One of Clemson’s first commitments for the 2016 recruiting cycle picked up his fourth star Thursday in the latest recruiting rankings released by ESPN.

Tight end J.C. Chalk out of Argyle (TX) committed to the Tigers last June during head coach Dabo Swinney’s high school camp, and it was Chalk who went from a 3-star to a 4-star prospect in the latest ESPN rankings.

Chalk said that while it was exciting to get that additional star, he still wants to focus more on team goals – both at Argyle and for Clemson.
