Athletically, Dakereon Joyner fits the bill as a quarterback in Clemson’s hurry-up, no-huddle spread-system. Though he possess the physical traits and want-to that’s required to play the position, there’s no guarantee that Joyner will be a quarterback at the next level, at least not yet.
Just a few years ago, those same things were being written and said about Kelly Bryant, who’s now competing for the No. 2 quarterback job at Clemson.
