Clemson men’s basketball coach Brad Brownell met with The Clemson Insider on Thursday to discuss the Tigers’ matchup with No. 25 South Carolina on Friday night at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville. The game is scheduled to tip at 8 p.m.
This is the first time since 1997 Clemson will play a ranked South Carolina basketball team. That day, Clemson defeated the Gamecocks 62-57 at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson.
South Carolina is looking for its first 10-0 start to a season since the 1933-’34 season.
