Brooks talks Lawrence

Perhaps the biggest addition to Clemson’s 2016 signing class is the biggest guy in the bunch.

Since Dexter Lawrence (6-5, 330) arrived to Clemson over a week ago, he was named by Scout as the No. 2 overall prospect in the class of 2016.

Lawrence joined an already talented group of defensive tackles that includes Carlos Watkins, Scott Pagano, Christian Wilkins, Albert Huggins and four-star freshman Nyles Pinckney.

Dan Brooks’ position room, once again, is chalk full of big, talented dudes.

“The obvious thing, from the outside world, is size, ability and a big guy that can run and that kind of thing,” he said of Lawrence.
