Zac Brooks is going to have to put his career as an interior designer on hold, for now. Brooks still has some football to play after the Seattle Seahawks extended his career by drafting him in the seventh round of the 2016 NFL Draft last weekend with the 247th overall pick.
Brooks said in an interview late in 2015 he had a “Come to Jesus Moment” during the 2014 season after he suffered a broken foot which caused him to miss the entire year. That’s when he realized he enjoys decorating and when his football career was over he was going to pursue that avenue full-time.
