PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Clemson jumped to a lead in the third inning against Pitt Saturday at Charles L. Cost Field.
In the top of the third Sam Hall singled to start the inning. With two outs Kyle Wilkie singled advancing Hall to second. Seth Beer through the right side scoring Hall. Pitt threw to second to get Beer but he was safe and Wilkie slid home.
After the top of the third the Tigers led 2-0.
