We already heard it several times this week and some last week. Generally, people always remember the most recent event and forget about the more significant one.
In the last week, I have already heard several times about the 2011 Clemson-Wofford game, and I have even written about it twice. And I’m about to now as well.
Wofford, who will play No. 12 Clemson in Death Valley this Saturday (12:30 p.m.), gave the Tigers a run for their money in that 2011 meeting. The game was tied at halftime and Clemson held just an eight-point lead in the fourth-quarter before finally making a fourth-quarter stop to preserve a 35-27 victory.
