CLEMSON — Drew Titsworth was masterful in his first career start.
The sophomore right-hander went a career-high six innings, holding No. 17 Louisville scoreless, while limiting the Cardinals’ dangerous offense to just three hits. Titsworth struck out three and did not walk a batter as No. 3 Clemson (35-6), 13-4 ACC) clinched the weekend series with a 2-1 win on Friday.
Head coach Erik Bakich dove into Titsworth’s performance and more, as Clemson improves to 9-0 in one-run games this season.
