July means cookouts, and the biggest of the summer will take place later today when head coach Dabo Swinney and the Clemson coaching staff host the All In Cookout, the final recruiting event of the summer.
This will be the sixth All In Cookout – it was introduced in 2012, and the Tigers immediately scored three commitments. Running back Tyshon Dye, wide receiver Demarcus Robinson and tight end Cannon Smith (class of 2014) all gave their verbals that night, although Robinson wound up at Florida (where he wound up with 105 catches over three years).
Since that initial Cookout, there have been just two on-the-spot commitments: 2013 defensive lineman Jabril Robinson and 2016 5-star linebacker Tre Lamar.
