At least in Mackensie Alexander’s eyes, the NFL scouts left Clemson’s Pro Day on Thursday with a big fat smile on their faces.
“They definitely left with smiley faces and stuff like that so I’m happy about that,” Alexander said after working out in front of all 32 NFL teams at Clemson’s Indoor Practice Facility.
Alexander left smiling, too. The former Clemson cornerback performed well as he participated in the 40-yard dash, the 20-yard shuttle, the 60-yard shuttle, the three-cone drill and the on-field drills.
“The goal is to find out everything they don’t know and check everything off,” he said.
