1) Clemson Tigers- While the Tiger’s were probably expecting a little easier time with Syracuse, they were able to emerge unscathed, winning 37-27. While it sounds like there was some discussion that Clemson may lose their top spot in the playoff ranking, the committee ultimately kept them in the top spot. This week the Tigers take on Wake Forest.
2) North Carolina Tar Heels- The Tar Heels continue to roll, moving to 9-1 after a dominant 59-21 victory over Miami. The Tar Heels also made a big jump in the playoff rankings, moving up to number 12.
