4-star WR: ‘I’ve been thinking about Clemson for a while now’

On Tuesday, Clemson extended an offer to four-star wide receiver Ramel Keyton.

The class of 2019 prospect from Marietta, Ga., was informed of the offer by Clemson recruiting coordinator Brandon Streeter and receivers coach Jeff Scott.

“I called coach Streeter and then coach Scott gave me the offer when I was on the phone,” Keyon told The Clemson Insider. “He was telling me that he liked my tape and that I can fit well with their offense.”

Keyton (6-2, 180) was excited to pick up the Clemson offer, which he has wanted for some time.

He is a teammate of 2018 defensive end Azeez Ojulari, who received an offer from Clemson in May, and the two have talked about the school.
