Clemson Tigers quarterback Deshaun Watson enters the NFL Draft as perhaps the most accomplished prospect at the college level, leading Clemson to two straight ACC titles and a national championship. However, questions about his accuracy and decision making (17 interceptions this past year) have kept him from being the unquestioned top quarterback in this class. He is still expected to go in the first round, but who will pick him? Here are the three teams most likely to do so:
1) Cleveland Browns
It's no secret that the Browns desperately need a quarterback. They won't take Watson with the No. 1 overall pick - that will go to Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett - but he is certainly in play for the No. 12 pick. Head coach Hue Jackson and the front office are reportedly very high on Watson and his winning pedigree, which is something the franchise really needs.
2) Arizona Cardinals
If Cleveland passes on Watson, there is a good chance he ends up in Arizona. The Cardinals are looking to find their quarterback of the future with Carson Palmer approaching the final year or two of his career, and they believe Watson has as much upside as any quarterback in this class. Plus, his mobility would give them a dimension they've been lacking.
3) San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco is still interested in drafting a quarterback after signing Brian Hoyer, but the question is whether they'll use their No. 2 pick on one or wait until the second or third round. If they do use the No. 2 pick, Watson is as good of an option as any.
