GOODYEAR, Arizona – When Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Luis Castillo made his debut in spring training, there were no runners on base or position players in the field. When starters Wade Miley and Tyler Mahle made their spring debuts, they were on a back field at the Reds' complex in Goodyear playing against mostly minor league players from Cleveland.
