The offseason dust has settled, and the Cincinnati Reds are in their spring home in Arizona once again trying to figure out how to do this thing we call ‘baseball’ once more.
Terry Francona is in at manager. Jonathan India is out at 2B.
While many of us dreamed about the Reds acquiring a big bat to bolster the lineup, we’re being asked to stomach Gavin Lux and Austin Hays instead.
For the most part, it seems as if the Reds are approaching the 2025 season the very same way they approached the 2024 season, albeit with sincere hopes that their entire lineup doesn’t explode before Opening Day in the very same way.
