Former Cincinnati Reds fan favorite Brandon Phillips has moved on from playing for his brother P.J. of the independent Vallejo Admirals in California to the Triple-A Diablos Rojos of the Mexican League, which tweeted a defensive gem reminiscent of the 11 seasons he spent as Cincinnati's second baseman.
Jorge Cantu, who played briefly for the Reds in 2007, is on the Diablos Rojos del Mexico roster with Phillips, and the roster lists Ramon Hernandez - Phillips' Reds teammate from 2009 to 2011 - as the team's bench coach.
