Unfortunately for Anthony DeSclafani, the agreed-upon rules do not allow a pitcher to take a mulligan on a couple of pitches each outing.
That's because two pitches ruined DeSclafani's day in the Reds' 7-1 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies before a crowd of 19,631 at Great American Ball Park.
