GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Right-hander Tony Santillan is in the standard get-in-your-work mode for spring training. But he admits this year is different.
Santillan is in big league camp for the first time, and he made his first start Thursday against the Milwaukee Brewers.
“You’re trying to get your work in,” Santillan said. “At the same time, you’re trying to show you belong here. I’m just trying to get my work done, get ready for the season, wherever it may be. Make sure I’m ready for that.”
