Throwing strikes on the Reds farm system

One thing that comes up often from fans and followers on my twitter feed is that the Cincinnati Reds pitchers don’t throw enough strikes. Sometimes that applies to guys in the Major Leagues and sometimes it’s a critique of guys in the Minor Leagues. At times that critique is valid.
