Local craft beers were about 10 percent of the beer business at the Great American Ball Park when they were first introduced. Now they are 40 percent.
Fans, both local and from out of town, apparently want something to eat and drink that is as emblematic of Cincinnati as Mr. Red.
"When fans from Chicago are here, they don't ask for specific brands but they just want something local," said Andy Worden, director of operations for Delaware North, the company that runs the food program at GABP.
