The Cincinnati Reds complete their 21-player MLB Draft class

The Cincinnati Reds’ long-term plan is to build through the MLB Draft and amateur and international scouting, and the farm system added 10 more prospects Tuesday during the third and final day of the 20-round MLB Draft.

“We’re excited about a bunch of these guys,” Reds amateur scouting director Joe Katuska said. “I don’t know that we’ll be able to sign all of them, but we’ll take a shot and really try. There are definitely some high school and junior college kids that have really good options moving forward. There were a bunch of talented guys we were able to scoop today.
