LOS ANGELES – Friday’s game was Scott Schebler’s first at Dodger Stadium since the Los Angeles Dodgers traded him away after the 2015 season. He, Jose Peraza and Brandon Dixon were sent to the Cincinnati Reds as part of a three-team deal that shipped Todd Frazier to the Chicago White Sox.
Dixon is still in the minors, and Peraza had been a Dodger for only a few months. But Schebler was drafted and developed by L.A., and can't help but want to show his old club what they gave away.
“That’s human nature,” Schebler said. “That’s pretty natural to kind of what to show them, ‘Hey, this is what you’re missing out.
