Well, none of the pitchers, that's for damn sure. On the day the Reds did what they had to do by trading away one of the best pitchers to wear their uniform in recent memory, they demonstrated how valuable pitching can be by getting stomped by the Rockies' bats to the tune of a 17-6 loss.
Jay Bruce had a nice day at the plate, though. Bruce had three hits, including a double and a home run, and drove in four runs while scoring three, which is good enough to earn him star of the game honors.
