With Tony Cingrani going on the DL for an oblique strain, reports on Twitter indicate the roster spot will be filled by outfielder Phil Ervin. Sam Dykstra, reporter for MiLB had it first:

Nothing official from the Reds. Jesse Winker can’t be recalled again because there is a 10-day rule absent an injury to a position player. Ervin is really the only remaining choice on the 40-man roster other than Dilson Herrera.
