Bryan Price, who was in his fifth season as the Cincinnati Reds' manager when the team fired him in April and replaced him with Jim Riggleman, has received interest from several clubs as a pitching coach candidate, according to a report via Twitter from reporter Jerry Crasnick.
Price was a pitching coach for the Seattle Mariners, the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Reds before he replaced Dusty Baker as Cincinnati's manager in October of 2013. Price's record as the Reds' manager was 279-387.
Earlier this week, the Reds named David Bell their 63rd manager in team history.
