On Friday night in Milwaukee the Cincinnati Reds lost both Nick Senzel and Pedro Strop to groin injuries. Senzel, the Reds starting center fielder, seemed to feel something in the first inning as he went 1st-to-3rd – arriving at third and appearing to try and stretch something out after getting to the bag. He remained in the game, but after his at-bat in the top of the 4th inning he was replaced in the lineup and he didn’t play on Saturday, and he is not in the starting lineup on Sunday. Strop took the mound later that night to start the 8th inning, but in the middle of an at-bat he felt something in his groin and had to be removed from the game.
