For those fans clamoring for Cincinnati to address the bullpen, the latest Reds rumors will make you happy. According to Jon Morosi of MLB Network, the Cincinnati Reds, along with the Houston Astros and Arizona Diamondbacks are interested in free agent relief pitcher Craig Stammen.
Stammen went 8-7 last season in 76 appearances out of the bullpen for the San Diego Padres. The 35-year-old has spent the past three years with the Friars, going 18-13 with a 3.06 ERA in 241.1 innings pitched. Stammen played his first seven years in the league with the Washington Nationals.
