For the second straight year, Major League Baseball is celebrating Players’ Weekend, where each team adorns unique uniforms and allow the players to put whatever nickname they want (barring something inappropriate, obviously) on the back of their jerseys. The uniforms, for the most part, aren’t aesthetically pleasing but there are a few good ones. The Reds’ home whites looked pretty good last year and Oakland and Milwaukee have solid ones this year. The players also had fun with it last year, too and some came up with some pretty creative stuff (Joey Votto and Shin-soo Choo’s “Tokki 1 and Tokki 2” and Kyle Seager’s “Corey’s Brother” come to mind.
