The Cincinnati Reds announced four roster moves on Wednesday evening. The team placed Jesse Biddle, Matt Bowman, Matt Davidson, and Travis Jankowski on waivers and all cleared and were outrighted to Triple-A Louisville.
Matt Davidson and Jesse Biddle both ended the season on the injured list. Bowman underwent Tommy John surgery. Biddle was injured in his lone appearance this season with the Reds on August 27th in Milwaukee. He was placed on the injured list two days later with left-shoulder impingement and he didn’t return to the field before the season ended.
Both Matt Davidson and Travis Jankowski were on the 40-man player pool roster for the playoffs.
