Unsurprisingly, Reds manager David Bell is expected to return in 2021.
This shouldn’t’ come as a shock, but the Cincinnati Reds President of Baseball Operations Dick Williams expects manager David Bell and his coaching staff to return in 2021. To be perfectly honest, I’m at a loss as to why anyone would think otherwise.
