Former Cincinnati Reds third baseman Todd Frazier was spotted at a local restaurant on Opening Day.
Frazier, who threw out the ceremonial first pitch before the Reds took on the Pittsburgh Pirates, stopped by Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse Thursday, according to a tweet from the local restaurateur.
