Both C. Trent and I have filed out ballots for the National League MVP and Cy Young awards. We can't discuss our own ballots, but we can take on the award for which the other guy voted.
C. Trent has the MVP vote this year, and it's an impossibly dense field of perhaps 14-16 players deserving of consideration. Since I'm not voting on that award, I can say it looks to me like a two-man race between Joey Votto and Giancarlo Stanton.
I had the Cy Young vote this year, so I won't tip my ballot.
