For the first couple of weeks of the Pandemic Season, teams will be allowed to carry up to 30 players on the active roster. When the preliminary roster was announced, it only included 28 players, which was kinda weird.
Well, today the Reds remedied that, adding the final two players to fill it up.
The #Reds have selected the contracts of IF Christian Colón and IF Matt Davidson. The 30-man roster is now full.
Also today, the Reds designated for assignment RHP Justin Shafer and LHP Josh Smith.
