The Cincinnati Reds had a roster move this afternoon, activating left-handed starter Wade Miley from the 10-day injured list and optioning right-handed reliever Joel Kuhnel to the Prasco Park roster.
Miley, who has pitched in just one game this year, is returning from a groin injury that he suffered in his start against the Chicago Cubs on July 27th when he lasted just 1.2 innings and was charged with five earned runs and another unearned run. The lefty struggled in just about every facet that day, hitting two batters, walking two others, and giving up four hits while throwing 57 pitches.
