The Reds shored up their catching situation on Saturday, activating Juan Graterol after he spent six weeks in concussion protocol.
Graterol was hurriedly promoted from Triple-A Louisville in mid-July when the Reds suffered a rash of injuries to their catchers. The 30-year-old was with the team for a week before suffering a concussion after taking a foul ball off of his mask in a game at Milwaukee on July 24.
