For the Cincinnati Reds, the challenge of scoring runs in their Wild Card series against the Braves in Atlanta is being compounded - according to many on Twitter - by an inconsistent strike zone by home plate umpire Marty Foster.
The example many pointed to was a called strike three against Reds veteran first baseman Joey Votto - known for his plate discipline and knowledge of the strike zone - to end the top of the third inning.
