Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo indicated via Twitter that he wasn't happy about the amount of time his team had to wait for Thursday's series finale against the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park to be postponed - considering how consistent the rain was.
Chicagotribune.com's Mark Gonzales wrote Friday morning that the game should have been postponed sooner:
The only reason to open clubhouses was to let players get work in, but there was no way the rain would let up long enough for Thursday night’s game to be played in its entirety.
