The first place Cincinnati Reds (2-1) will kick off a 3-game series against the Pittsburgh Pirates (1-2) tonight at 6:40 PM. The Reds are coming off arguably one of the most thrilling opening season series in team history. The Reds absolutely demolished Cardinal pitching, scoring 27 runs in three games. For comparison, the Reds scored a whopping 25 runs in their first NINE games against the Cardinals in 2020. The Reds will try to keep their smoking hot offense going agains the Pittsburgh Pirates, the team currently projected to have the worst record in all of baseball this season.
